The Elite Year-round Coaching Program
The Ultimate Academy is our gold standard year-round elite coaching program, and has been running successfully for more than 10 years.
The program grown and improved year on year, making it one of the country's best high level coaching courses available to aspiring young cricketers.

This proven program has attracted and developed many district and county age group players from across Yorkshire, Lancashire, Cheshire, Derbyshire and Wales.
In addition to many county age group players, the UA produced two players who competed in the 2021 u19s World Cup, and several who have made it into county academies and even 1st class cricket!.
NOW CONFIRMED FOR 2024
In addition to the elite coaching team we have lined up, current Yorkshire CCC pro players Ben Cliff and Harry Duke will join the A squad as players and act as coaches and mentors for the younger B and C squads!
Open to keen and capable 11-21 year olds, the 2024 Ultimate Academy is now accepting applications, with an extensive pre-season program, including guest coaches from the professional game, workshops on nutrition, strength & conditioning, player profiling and a parent advice presentation.
Match days are in the plans too, these will take learnings from indoor sessions into game scenarios outdoors, our 2 day games and T20 days will be guaranteed highlight for players.

Our extensive programme ensures participants have all the tools to put them ahead of their peers and ready to hit the ground running for the 2024 season.
