The TCA Elite Performance Academy is Northern England’s premier year-round cricket programme, led by professional coaches working at the highest levels of the game. Our staff includes ECB Level 3 and 4 coaches such as Richard Damms, Nottinghamshire CCC Academy coach, with experience developing players like Joe Root, Jonny Bairstow and Harry Brook. Through elite coaching, strong values and a structured match programme, we help young cricketers thrive on and off the field.
Comprehensive Cricket Development:
1:1 Coaching: Highly personalised technical sessions targeting individual strengths and areas for maximum improvement. Each player receives high-focused guidance to sharpen their game and achieve peak performance.
Elite Group Training: Train alongside the region’s top emerging talent under the mentorship of elite-level coaches with professional cricket backgrounds. This competitive, high-performance environment accelerates learning and growth.
Mid-Season Performance Evaluation: A mid-season review session with coaches assessing each player’s technical, physical, and mental progress to optimise development for the remainder of the season.
Multi-Format Match Experience: Gain invaluable match experience across T20, One-Day, and Multi-Day formats. This exposure builds the adaptability and versatility essential for success at every competitive level. Select players will have the opportunity of the excitement of a floodlit T20 game and opportunities to compete against overseas touring teams.

Cricket Mind Online provides mindset coaching and performance mentoring that builds confidence, focus and resilience, helping cricketers play with freedom and perform at their best.
Expert mindset coaching, Cricket Mind Online develops mentally strong cricketers equipped to handle pressure, lead with confidence and excel on and off the field.
Cricket Mind Online supports player development through high-performance mindset coaching that sharpens focus, strengthens resilience and unlocks consistent elite performance.
Strength and Conditioning Excellence:
Led by Isaac Leung of Athletic Skills: A leading expert in athletic performance, Isaac delivers cutting-edge strength and conditioning training to ensure athletes reach optimal physical performance.
Cricket-Specific Fitness Training & Testing: Tailored fitness protocols designed to enhance cricket-specific physical performance, coupled with regular testing to ensure each athlete remains at peak readiness.
Pre-Season Physical Development: An expertly crafted online fitness programme ensures athletes continue their development with structured training outside of formal sessions, maintaining elite conditioning going into the season.
