TELL ME MORE

All members of our coaching team are full time professional coaches and have extensive experience within the educational environment. From running sessions indoors in school halls or classrooms to outdoor lessons and off-site educational trips and tours both in the UK and overseas.

Key Stage 1 & 2

Our full time professional coaches deliver a program that has been specifically designed to cater for large class sizes. The focus is around the pupil’s enjoyment and development, and meets the Key Stage 1 & 2 requirements of the National Curriculum.

Our fun packed, inclusive, sessions are delivered on site at your school and focus on teaching children the majority of the fundamental physical skills required by the National Curriculum.

Sessions include:

  • Varied inclusive games to help pupils master basic movements including running, jumping, throwing, striking and catching, as well as developing balance, agility and co-ordination.

  • Giving pupils the opportunity to participate in team games, developing simple tactics for attacking and defending.

  • Introducing to KS2 pupils, the development of flexibility, strength, technique, control and balance.

High School & Further Education

From High schools, Sixth forms and Colleges we are able to tailor the sessions to suit your needs. From curricular to GCSE and BTEC syllabus' through to simple representative team training or in the provision of team tournaments in association with your local sports partnership programme, here at The Cricket Asylum we are proud of our knowledge and expertise and our capabilities to meet your educational needs through cricket.
