Our specialist coaching team have well over 50 years combined coaching experience, delivered to a wide range of groups and individuals within the game.
From promoting cricket in primary schools through to coaching international players - the TCA coaching team have the experience.
Your TCA coach will deliver a specific coaching experience, with the player experience and development always at the forefront.
Matt has been Head Coach at The Cricket Asylum for over 10 years, before that he had experience coaching for the Lancashire and Cheshire Cricket Boards. Now managing Cricket Asylum's overall coaching programs and specialising in Wicket-Keeping and Batting, Matt is an ECB level 3 coach with experience coaching players up to international level both here in the UK and abroad in Australia and India.
Matt's playing experience has included over 25 years playing high level league cricket, representing Yorkshire CCC from u15s through to academy and 2nd team, a capped Cheshire CCC player with over 100 wicket keeping victims and four seasons playing and coaching in Australia.
Recently Matt was appointed as the England under 15s Indoor Cricket Head Coach.
Scott has been with the Cricket Asylum since 2014, and is one of our most popular 1:1 coaches. Scott played to a high level around the local leagues and represented Lancashire 2nd team.
