Ultimate Academy Terms & Conditions

1:1 coaching sessions: Each Ultimate Academy player is entitled to three one hour 1:1 coaching sessions, these can be booked at a time suitable to you and your assigned coach. Further 1:1 sessions can be booked with a 10% discount. These must be used and discounted sessions will only be valid before the end of the 2024 season (September 30th). Group training day and course: Squads are assigned based on age and ability level, players may be moved up during the course. See below for dates and times.

​

Matches: Matches are planned in advance with pre-set dates. Every effort is made to make sure the games go ahead, however we cannot guarantee these as they are weather dependant. In the case of poor weather, we have the indoor centre reserved for further training and indoor matchplay!

In addition, Ultimate Academy players will also have priority selection for additional TCA games v touring teams etc.

Fitness Program: All players will be given access to the TCA Fitness Online 12 Week Program as part of the program, we will be encouraging all players (and coaches!) to do this at home in the lead up to the season.

​

Equipment Sponsorship: Ultimate Academy players are eligible to a 10% discount on all equipment from the TCA shop up to 30th September of the course year.

​

Ultimate Academy clothing: The UA training kit bundle is now included within the cost and can be ordered in advance of the group training sessions. Short sleeve training shirt, long sleeve 3/4 zip training top & training pants are included. Once signed up, please email us with sizes for us to order your kit. Sizes are standard. (9-10, 11-12, 13-14, XS, S, M, L, XL)

Funded & Part Funded Scholarship places available via the Manchester Money Scholarship Fund

Cancellation Policy:

The first £100 of payments will be classed as a non-refundable deposit.

The following applies to anything paid over £100, start date being 27th January 2024.

2 weeks notice or more - full refund

Under 2 weeks notice - 50% refund

Under 1 weeks notice - No refund

If purchasing the monthly plan, the customer is committing to paying the full term of the plan.

C Squad

Group Training Day: 10am – 2:30pm Saturday 27th January

8-week pre-season course: 10am – 12pm from Saturday 17th February

A/B Squad 3-dayer- 29th, 30th & 31st July 10am - 5:30pm 

C Squad 2-dayer- 5th & 6th August 10am - 5:30pm

A/B Squads - 2nd August 10am - 5:30pm (involves A squad players and older end of B squad)
