Autumn Blitz 2022 Season review

It's been a fantastic start to the indoor Cricket season, the Autumn Blitz has seen under 11s, under 13s, under 16s, Women & Girls and Masters teams competing in their respective tournaments... We had a massive 45 team entries, with over 300 players competing in 186 matches over the 8-week period!!

There have been many special moments with some really high-quality cricket played, and some controversial moments too with the appearance of the much debated 'mankad'! Overall, we've seen high development in the standard of the Indoor Cricket being played at TCA with all teams adapted to the format- the game being a fun and fast paced way of playing has been at the heart of the whole Autumn Blitz tournament and we're already looking forward to the next tournament, which is the Winter Bash!

Read on to see all the winners, runners up and teams of the tournaments...

What an exciting recap! It’s great to see how much the teams have grown and adapted to the indoor format — the energy and pace really make it such a fun version of the game. The “mankad” moment definitely stirred up some buzz too! Can’t wait to see what the best burgers in Hyde Park CIncinnati Winter Bash brings — sounds like it’s going to be even more thrilling!

I really enjoyed reading your Autumn Blitz 2022 Season Review your breakdown of the standout matches and player performances gave a vivid sense of how the season swung.

While studying for an online exam on sports analytics, I felt overwhelmed and thought, i need someone to take my online course just to stay afloat. It reminded me how valuable it is to lean on support academic or otherwise when the workload ramps up.

Thanks for the great ideas! I’m always on the lookout for inspiration. I recently came across pakistani earrings, and I love how they blend minimalist aesthetics with timeless craftsmanship — especially their handcrafted rings.
