PRE-SEASON CRICKET FITNESS PROGRAM
In partnership with Liam Senior of Senior Performance Training, we're delighted to launch our first Cricket specific pre-season fitness program, running here at The Cricket Asylum, 7-8am for 6 weeks from Wednesday 22nd February.
So get signed up if you want to see an increase in SPEED, POWER and STRENGTH on match days this coming season!
The sessions will include fitness testing, skill based fitness, competitions and an online program to follow at home. Like all our sessions at TCA, these will push your development hard but be delivered in a fun, supportive and relaxed environment.
Open to all players playing senior cricket, click below to book your spot! (if there is demand we will be happy to add a 6-7am and/or 8-9am session so let us know if thats preferred)
In addition to the group course, you can book your private Cricket fitness session directly with us by clicking the button below or calling 01422 836554. With our dedicated fitness room and access to high level fitness professionals, we can take your game to the next level during sessions here at the Cricket Asylum.
An often overlooked aspect of the game, we can now develop your physical game without taking time away from the nets!
Private 1:1 and small group Cricket specific personal training is available, along with our group courses that will increase your game day speed, poer and strength!
If training at our centre isn't for you, then you can buy our online Cricket specific program. This is a 12 week program designed by us for you to complete at home with minimum equipment required.
Aimed at the keen amateur or aspiring junior player, this program has been designed to improve your cricket fitness and help keep you injury free!
