Our Masterclass coaching sessions are delivered by elite coaches with experience from the professional game. These sessions are specific to the individual disciplines of the game and utilise PitchVision technology for visual analysis.

Our masterclass sessions are designed to deliver a specific coaching experience, limited in attendance numbers to increase the coach to player time. The general age is 11+ for these courses, they are suitable for capable young cricketers- beginners are better off starting on a development course or with 1:1 coaching.

This program has been carefully designed, and broken down into specific phases to be delivered at TCA in the group sessions and also continued at home to increase the overall effectiveness of the program.

The physical demands of Cricket are very much imbalanced with your body, the Cricket Fitness Program will look to redress that balance with a range of body-weight exercises to improve your balance and posture. The program will progress into speed, power, strength and endurance phases to develop you as an all round athlete ready for the 2019 season.
